1. Terms

By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.


2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
  2. modify or copy the materials;
  3. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  4. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;
  5. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  6. transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.
  7. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Company at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

The materials on the School’s website are provided 'as is'. The School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the School does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.


4. Limitations

In no event shall the School be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the School’s website, even if the School or an authorized of the School has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.


5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the School’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The School does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. The School may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. The School does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.


Course Terms


Dream Career Freedom Academy is referred to as DCF Academy herein below.

You will be asked at checkout to agree to all of the below terms and conditions before completing your purchase. By completing checkout, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• For individual CV reviews, the current turnaround is approximately 2-3 weeks from payment AND receipt of necessary documents.

• For CV edits, the current turnaround is approximately 2-3 weeks from payment AND receipt of necessary documents. For the edit bundle, the profile review will be sent with the resume and cover letter.

• By placing your order, you accept and understand the estimated Time of action for services. We would rather do it right and not rush to make a deadline, so some delays may occur.

• The reviews and edits are not live/collaborative processes. There are no phone calls or video chats.

• If requesting a review, when the review is sent back to you, the process is complete, and the product is final. If requesting an edit, when the resume or cover letter is sent back to you, the process is complete, and the product is final. Regarding the editing service, there are no multiple drafts or revisions as the finished product is our opinion of what a successful resume would look like for you.

• All sales are final. If you get a new job, change your mind, etc., after

submitting payment, DCF Academy is under no obligation to refund services.

Our availability is extremely limited, and purchasing a service takes away an

opportunity from another customer who needs it. If you change your mind and

would like to donate or gift the service to someone else, please let us know by

• Note - These are not preorders. If you do not prepared to submit your documents at the time of purchase, we ask that you do not purchase services until you are ready to submit your documents. If you purchase a service and then delay submission, it creates a delay in our schedule and takes availability away from someone who is ready. If you are not prepared to submit documents, we'll have more services available weekly. If you purchase a service and do not email your documents within 7 days, your service will be donated to someone who cannot afford the services. Please be prepared to submit your documents at time of purchase.

• You are responsible for proofreading, finalizing, and verifying your documents’ accuracy before submitting them to job applications or networking. You are under no obligation to use any advice, suggestions, or documents provided by DCF Academy , and you choose to do so at your discretion.

• DCF Academy does not guarantee success utilizing provided advice as hiring consists of many variables, including timing, location, industry, level of experience...even luck. This service offers Career coaches opinion on what would be best for your search. You are under no obligation to use any information provided. Hiring is highly subjective, and there is no one true "right" or "wrong" way to construct a resume, cover letter, or LinkedIn profile. While we would love for everyone to find a job after utilizing our services, it's entirely possible that you won't. Just being honest.

• DCF Academy is not liable for any injury or damage caused by the advice/suggestions/documents given. If the buyer uses the provided advice/suggestions/documents, they do so at their own discretion.

Payments and Subscriptions.

If you purchase any services that DCF Academy offers for a fee, either on a one-time or on a subscription basis, you agree that DCF Academy ’s third-party vendors may store your payment information. You also allow DCF Academy , through such third-party vendors, to use your payment method on file to process your subscription recurring charges and to process un-scheduled purchase transactions made by you through the Site. You also agree to pay the applicable fees for the services you order (including, without limitation, periodic fees for monthly or annual subscriptions, or any additional administrative charge that may be applied) as they become due plus all related taxes, and to reimburse us for all collection costs and interest for any overdue amounts.

 

Any recurring charge will be fixed at the price agreed to at the time of purchase. The specific billing terms for the services you order will be described on the offer page on the Site. When you sign up for automatic or recurring billing, you will be again notified of the billing terms and how to stop recurring billing on your transaction receipt. By signing up for DCF Academy services with recurring billing, you will be deemed to agree to those billing terms as described specifically on the Site. In the event that your payment method does not successfully process you authorize us to complete a partial payment of the available balance on your card. The remaining balance will be charged on a separate transaction either to the same card or any other card on file.

 

For un-scheduled purchases, such as individual resume downloads, prints or emails, when such purchases are available, you agree that the DCF Academy  will charge your payment method on file for each of such un-scheduled purchases, individually, at the time of purchase. Such individual transactions are final and therefore, if you want a new modified version of your downloaded, printed or emailed resume, it will require a separate purchase. 

 

DCF Academy  offers certain premium services such as Resume Reviews, Cover Letter Reviews, LinkedIn Profile Reviews and Career Coaching, which may not be included in the cost of DCF Academy ’s basic subscription services. Failure to pay for these premium services, if purchased, may result in the termination of your subscription. Also, trial offers may give you access to certain limited services and include one download, print or email only, with additional downloads, prints, or emails charged separately, during the trial period. Please read your trial offer carefully. 

 

Depending on where you transact with us, the type of payment method used, and where your payment method was issued, your transaction may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices, because of exchange rates. Your transaction may also be subject to foreign currency exchange fees assessed by your bank or card issuer. DCF Academy  is not responsible for any foreign currency exchange fees or surcharges and will not make any compensation or reimbursement for charges imposed by your bank or card issuer. DCF Academy  does not support all payment methods, currencies or locations for payment. If the payment method you use with us, such as a credit card, reaches its expiration date and you do not edit your payment method information or cancel your Account or the applicable service, you authorize us to continue billing that payment method and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. Your obligation to pay fees continues through the subscription period until you cancel your subscription. All applicable taxes are calculated based on the billing information you provide us at the time of purchase.

 

DCF Academy  has the discretion to alter prices for services at any time, subject to the notification terms as governed by Section 2 of these Terms.

 

Cancellations & Refunds.

 You may cancel or suspend your subscription anytime by using the “Cancel My Subscription” link in the Billing tab of your Account Dashboard. DCF Academy  will send an email to confirm any cancellation request. If you do not receive this confirmation and still wish to cancel, please contact our customer service department directly for further assistance using our Contact Form. PDT Consulting offers all users free credits which can be viewed as a trial for the paid "Unlimited" subscription to our tools. As a result, we do not offer refunds except for circumstances where severe technical issues prevent users from gaining access to the final products of the tools. If you are facing technical issues that prevent you from accessing the final product, please reach out to [email protected].

Client agrees to grant our team a reasonable period of time to troubleshoot and provide a solution before a refund is granted. No refunds will be granted for any issues that relate to aesthetics or customization within our tools.

Notice to the European Union residents:

 Due to the nature of the Services, by accepting these terms you agree to the immediate delivery of the Services and related digital content and you understand that you lose your right to withdraw from these Terms.

 

You acknowledge that any services that you purchase are subject to these Terms and any additional terms related to the provision of any product or service.

 

We do our best to describe every product or service offered on the Service as accurately as possible. However, we are human, and therefore we do not warrant that product specifications, pricing, or other content provided as part of the Services is complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event of any errors relating to the pricing or specifications, PDT Consulting shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders in its sole discretion. Additional terms may apply.

6. Links

The School has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the School of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Site Terms of Use Modifications

The School may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
